Can you make your project public and post the url to it so we can see what the issue might be? In the meanwhile, if you have a PCB with blue "ratlines" joining the pads of the PCB footprints as the pins of the symbols are joined in the schematic then everything is working as expected. You just have to place the footprints then route the tracks. Track width can be controlled in the right hand panel or by right clicking after selecting the track.
