Place a schematic symbol for a 3 pin header in the schematic than change the name of the part (and other BoM details such as manufacture and part number etc,) to that of your PCB footprint. Please see the Tutorial for more about creating your own PCB footprints and Schematic symbols.

I did some digging and I searched up "C14" (Without quotes) in the library manager went to the user Contributed and selected the one with the package as BULGIN_PX0575/20/PC and that was a PCB mount IEC connector.
