How to move a block of components and traces

Hi Is there a way to move a section of a PCB layout including pads, traces and silkscreen? I guess the 'Group/ungroup' could do the job but I can not figure out a reasonably simple way to select the affected parts with a 'box' or 'window'. Best regards Erik

Please see Basic Driving Skills in the Tutorial. In there it describes using hold-left-click-and left or right drag to select groups of elements.

Click-hold-and-drag works fine in schematic capture but not in PCB layout, is it supposed to?

hi After testing it works, when you multi-selected, you should click the pad or silk to drag, not click the tracks. please try again.

I did some tests on another computer yesterday; the selection window appears in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer 11! So my plan is to install Firefox, I hope it will solve the issue.. :)
