On a schematic is it possible to move a component and preserve the connections to other components? I have only just discovered EasyEDA so I am still learing, I suspect this is a simple thing to do but cannot see how.
Basic Skills in the Tutorial:

You need to select the component and have to drag using mouse to preserve the connection.
If you use the keyboard arrow keys and moved the component then the connection will be lost.
@micksulley EasyEDA uses the CAD standard for selections, so selection rectangle from right -> left selects everything it touches. Selection rectangle from left -> right selects only what fits inside the rectangle entirely.
I use this selection property to grab and entire component and all of it's connections then de-select traces that I don't want to move and then drag it as a whole. Very predictable movement.
Short clip of me demonstrating it.

I skipped the part of selecting, I was having a hard time de-selecting all the data lines in the lower left corner so I cut that part out
