How to open the simulation window
2239 6
Hi, I want to open the (run your) simulation window in easyeda as shown below but dont know how. I watched the youtube video from Easyeda about it and read the tutorial about easyeda simulations on the site it but I still cant find the Supermenu to open the sim window. I also played around with everything but I still got nothing. ![easyeda-100_SpiceSimulation_RunSimulationConfig.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/LPF4Td1cnAoCOrajOWEmmxdp98zgtj4e3p1MLV5J.png) ![doesnwork.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/yn0So09xczxNb8JjRWJpbKhcPZeuiY81jtixyvBn.png) ![nothing.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/hwBefMO7g3OMME7soO4OHREgvI33HhLXv6sXKQem.png)

It's easy, see this. ![easyeda-sim.jpg](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/tToIrRp8advNF5CkV2stD4XyIIv2QkMUVL8fFQNl.jpeg) A confermation box pops up and confirm. ![easyeda-run-sim.jpg](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/tgfhcIp0hXaG1C7qVQLs68vZIoQWCEC92ASDmXs2.jpeg)

@GerritMax Im already in Sim mode but when I click on the button the simulation window I want doesnt appear and theres no other option either when I hover the mouse cursor over the button. I can only run the simulation without any options.![stilldoesntwork.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/btWofW2XslyxHNvHO70MR5kAxDAe5gQrkCJaf1oj.png)

@somebodythatiusedtoknow33223, **As already suggested, please read the document (3) marked as essential in section (2) in the topic marked as [Must read]: ** [**https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How-to-ask-for-help-and-get-an-answer-71b17a40d15442349eaecbfae083e46a**](https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How-to-ask-for-help-and-get-an-answer-71b17a40d15442349eaecbfae083e46a) where you will find the up-to-date Simulation Tutorial. This will then describe how to avoid common mistakes, find simulatable parts and how to set up and successfully run simulations. The short answer to your question - which may be less than helpful if you have not read the Simulation Tutorial - is: **CTRL+J**

@andyfierman Thanks.  So the option I was looking for doesnt exist anymore then I guess. Not sure why it was made that complicated.

"So the option I was looking for doesnt exist anymore then I guess." It does still exist. That is what **CTRL+J** does. "Not sure why it was made that complicated." You were looking at out-of-date videos from some years ago. It's not complicated if you read the essential information in the up to date [Simulation Tutorial](https://docs.google.com/document/u/1/d/1OWZVVFRAe_2NW3WratpkA_SGuHa5AcRow5ZRfvcoVTU/pub) which, on page 13 will point you to: [https://easyeda\.com/forum/topic/How\_to\_run\_a\_simulation\-tv0icuM4m](https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How_to_run_a_simulation-tv0icuM4m)
