It's easy, see this.  A confermation box pops up and confirm. 

@GerritMax Im already in Sim mode but when I click on the button the simulation window I want doesnt appear and theres no other option either when I hover the mouse cursor over the button. I can only run the simulation without any options.

This will then describe how to avoid common mistakes, find simulatable parts and how to set up and successfully run simulations. The short answer to your question - which may be less than helpful if you have not read the Simulation Tutorial - is: **CTRL+J**

You were looking at out-of-date videos from some years ago.
