How to panelize different pcbs?

How can I make 3 different pcbs into a single panel for ordering? How can you order multiple PCBs with different designs in a single order? I have not been able to find any information about this. Thanks. Would like to have top pcb be the one with through holes, the middle one to be a solid piece of FR-4 and the bottom to be a solid panel of FR-4 as well but with square cuts in it. Thanks @andyfierman. My only question are it says they cannot be a plane going through. I dont want these three boards all on a panel however. I am looking to essentially have a single panel be the three boards in the image above in a single panelized board, and then order mutiples of those panels.

Would I just have to extend the copper area to cover the other boards as well. The design is to have three different kinda of boards and im unsure how to specify that on the software.

Panelizing seems to only allow the same design to be panelized

Or even if I cant panelize, how can I got about ordering this so two piece are just FR-4 to create a case? Along with the pcb itself?

@bplusplus, Are you going to assemble the PCB with the components on it yourself or do you want it assembled by JLCPCB?
