Is that because they are links to projects that are stored locally from the Desktop Client?

@burrism, Are you using the online (web-based) or the locally installed Desktop version?

@burrism, When you search for a Schematic Symbol for the wiring hole (or any other Schematic Symbol for that matter), check that it has a PCB Footprint (pad) assigned to it and then check the dimensions on that PCB Footprint (by opening it for editing). If it has no PCB Footprint assigned to it then you will have to find one or create your own and then assign it to the Schematic Symbol. I already found that out the hard way! Using one with a PCB footprint right now.  :)
