If this is in a non-simulation (Std mode) schematic just double-left-click on the VCC symbol edit the text and press enter.
If this is in a simulation schematic (Sim mode) then either:
1. Replace the VCC symbol with the +5V symbol then l double-left-click on the symbol and edit to replace the 5 with the required voltage value in the text and press enter;
2. Delete the VCC symbol and replace it with a net label called VCC then connect and configure a Voltage Source as described in Configuring Voltage Sources on (3) in (2) in:
