In the moder EDA softwares, there are no symbol for this function. you can draw your schematics like bellow image
If you just need to create a diagram, you can use an Arc to do this.
You do not need a jumper.
If the wires are drawn so that one wire is drawn across another without stopping at the crossover point then there will be no junction dot created.
