My apology if this has already been posted, but my question is: How do I save a project, then retrieve it later and continue working on it?

UPDATE:
Never mind folks, just click project, assuming I saved it, is there :)
As long as you have saved your schematic and/or PCB files into a project you don't have to explicitly save a project.
Note that Schematic Symbols and PCB Packages that you edit or create are saved into:
**Parts > My Parts**
