I created a special component with two soldering pad, but can't add the soldering mask for that two pad. Form the Gerber file I can see the soldering pad covered by the green color soldering mask.

This suggests that, for some reason, EasyEDA is not seeing your "soldering pad" as an actual pad.
Can you post a link - or just the name of - your footprint to see what the issue might be?

You don't need to add solder mask, EasyEDA will help you to add them automatic, you need some special, you can check

While I check your footprints, have a look at how I made these:
`6MMPAD`
`8MMPAD`
`10MMPAD`
You may be able to clone and adapt one of those and re-use it in your footprint.
