How to lock components position while "Import changes..."

Hi, I have some problem with PCB. My project use some custom components. I edit and make some changes in it layout. When I press "Import changes..." all modified components moving to random place!!! How I can lock component position when make import changes?

This feature we don't support now, but it is on its way.
