I have entered my schematic, but would like to check it against my paper drawing to make sure all nets and nodes are correctly entered. How do I just print a NET LIST?
In the top right corner of the EasyEDA window is the Super Menu button.
Do:
`Super Menu > Miscellaneous > Netlist for Document`
and choose which Netlist format you are comfortable with.
If your schematic is on more than one sheet do:
`Super Menu > Miscellaneous > Netlist for Project`

You didn't give enough information in your question so I went digging...
You cannot see the netlist because the export function seems to be broken!

Thank you! I think I can work with the spice netlist ok.
I have another question please - when I select Copper Area function I do not see the Copper Area Properties menu. Can you tell me if there is another way to edit the copper area attributes, net, clearance etc..
Copper area takes the clearances from:

The other Copper Area attributes are:

and the visibility of Copper Areas is from the PCB Canvas **CopperZone** attribute:
