Are you trying to print the two layers side by side in a single PDF or do you want the two layers overlaid one on top of the other?

@Tutorials I am trying to print side by side so that when I print the PDF on paper, I am able to do it in a single page.

Quickest way would be to simply shift one of the layers in the PCB editor so that the two layers are separated in the editor screen then do a print or export to PDF in black on white. If you need a negative there's a post describing a way to do that in Tips and Skill. But why bother with print and hand etch when getting professional quality PCBs direct from EasyEDA is probably as low cost as and much less hazardous than messing about with - and responsibly disposing of - ferric chloride solution? Just design the PCB in EasyEDA in the usual way then press the Fabrication Output icon and you'll be taken straight to the PCB order page complete with a live quote. :)
