EasyEDA's preview dialog and toolbar can be resized and double click the Title toroll up, check the below Gif guide.

To make the floating Preview and Toolbars roll up and back down, either:
1. left-click on the green button at the right hand end the toolbar;
2. Double left-click on the pale blue area at the top of the toolbar.
