Press `CTRL+D` to open design manager. https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/schematic.htm#DesignManager

Also, to find symbols and footprints, press `SHIFT+F` in any canvas to open the library search tool: <https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/schematic.htm#HowToFindTheSchematicLibraries>
