Left hand Navigation panel. `EasyEDA Libs` Click on the little down arrow in the bottom right corner of each of the passive components. Select the EU version of each symbol. There is no global selection and the option is only available for the passives.

Thanks, Andy. I know about this possibility. What I am looking for is a global one time solution, I thought there was one. So I make it a feature request :)
