[SOLVED] I can't find a particular footprint for a part
1951 4
Hi. Can anyone please tell me where in LCSC library can I find this pushbutton? Datasheet for this part is here: [https://www.gme.cz/data/attachments/dsh.630-299.1.pdf](https://www.gme.cz/data/attachments/dsh.630-299.1.pdf) ![Mikrospínač TD-03XA-T SMD](https://www.gme.cz/data/product/480_480/pctdetail.630-299.1.jpg?ts=1503663694) This particular manufacturer is nowhere to be found in LCSC libraries, but this footprint is so common I'd be surprised it didn't have a footprint in any of available library (and especially surprised if it wasn't found anywhere in user defined libraries). Can someone please guide me and seek for this part footprint? EDIT: I found it in KiCad libraries. I had to insert schematic first and then assign it the part manually. Does LCSC offer this package? Maybe different manufacturer and of course different part number?

There are several parts. Try looking the other way round: look for the part in the LCSC.com site then search for the LCSC part number in the SCH Lib section of the EasyEDA Search Libraries tool. For example in: [https://lcsc.com/products/Tactile-Switches_427.html](https://lcsc.com/products/Tactile-Switches_427.html) there are for example: [https://datasheet.lcsc.com/szlcsc/Korean-Hroparts-Elec-K2-1102SP-C4SC-04_C127509.pdf](https://datasheet.lcsc.com/szlcsc/Korean-Hroparts-Elec-K2-1102SP-C4SC-04_C127509.pdf) [https://datasheet\.lcsc\.com/szlcsc/1905211532\_SHOU\-HAN\-TS6645TP\_C393947\.pdf](https://datasheet.lcsc.com/szlcsc/1905211532_SHOU-HAN-TS6645TP_C393947.pdf)

Thanks for tip, I'll try sometimes. The only issue is that I am not US resident, I live outside North America in Europe, we have local distributor who happens to have these parts: GM Electronics (abbbreviated as GME). Czech GME headquarters is in Prague.

Oh, the picture of the part is taken from GME sites.

I don't understand what your living outside North America has to do with following a procedure suggested by someone living in Europe for finding a PCB Footprint for use in a Chinese EDA tool by searching for a part from a Chinese supplier that the has the same Footprint as a part (made in China) that you can get from a European supplier. :) All you need is to find a PCB Footprint in EasyEDA that fits the part you want to use, then assign that Footprint to a suitable schematic symbol and enter the required Supplier and Manufacturer information to appear in the BOM so that when you Convert to PCB or Update PCB,  the correct  Footprint is pulled into the PCB.
