You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
I can't place PCB Footprint directly in PCB.

You can't place footprint on the PCBlib

@junlakan67, I'd guess you're trying to place a PCB footprint into something other than a PCB canvas. Check which Editor window you are trying to place the PCB footprint into. You can only place it into a PCB canvas not any of the others.
