Previously, I selected the pin of the component and when changing the value of "Center X" or "Center Y", I changed the distance between the pins of the component. Now it doesn't work, how do I restore it?
You have not said if this is in Schematic, Symbol. PCB or Footprint editing.
Please post screenshots or the url of a public example of what you are trying to do.

I should point out that this is not the "correct" way to change a PCB Footprint for a part.
If you do Update PCB.. or Import Changes... you may find that any Footprint that you manually edit directly in the PCB Editor will be replaced with the library part, overriding your changes.
