We usually recommend that people buy their PCBs through EasyEDA. That way you get professionally manufactured and tested 2 layer PCBs (for no extra cost) with through plated holes, solder masking, silk screening and tinned or plated pads. Using 2 layers makes routing much easier and usually results in a more compact and, if designed well, a more effective, PCB.
