Make sure your board outline is closed and that none of the Footprints or PCB modules that you have used have their own board outlines.

@andiserax, I have been playing with this project and cannot find the problem. The Board Outline is closed. I can't find any duplication of the Board Outline elements on the board. I can't find any spurious board outline elements off the board. I have deleted various components to see if that "fixes" the problem without success.
