**BUG** ITR9606-F wrong pinout. Actually 3 pin is Collector, 4 pin is Emitter But in your database 3 pin is Emitter and 4 pin is Collector https://yadi.sk/i/VNthsyvo3HVECq Here is official datasheet http://www.everlight.com/file/ProductFile/ITR9606-F.pdf

We will ch check the part in the library. In the meantime you can use the `I` Hotkey to edit the pin numbers and names of the schematic symbol and you can also edit the pin names and numbers in the PCB footprint so that they are correct and are the same.
