**BUG**
I see this problem on Chrome on W7 and Kubuntu
The Preview image size is OK in Firefox on Kubuntu (have not tried it on W7).

Same thing happens in PCB.

Chrome on W7 and Kubuntu
I can now confirm that the problem is exactly the same on W7:
Chrome: image in Preview window is too big;
Firefox: image in preview window is OK (fits to window).
