Don't understand your question. Do you want to copy a PCB from one EasyEDA project into another EasyEDA project? You can copy a PCB from one project into another but you should copy the schematic too so that the schematic and the PCB stay together in the new project.

Make your new Project then clone the PCB from the first project into the new one then clone the schematic into the new project. Then the schematic and the PCB stay together in the new project.
