Import change to PCB

Hi every one, I'm getting some issues when trying to make update to PCB file from my schematics. The change importer puts all the components (already on the board) out of the board, then adds the new components. And i have to start component placing from scratch. I don't know how to fix that. I need your help. Best regards.
