You can set the net at your PCB. Do you mind to show some images what you want to do?

@dillon http://imgur.com/a/kr4mt Look at that design and you will see that it is a repeated pattern. There are 72 switch, resistor, diode combos. I wanted to lay out one set and then copy-paste it to create the remaining 71 combos. It sort of worked, but instead of recalculating a new net name based on the netlist, it copy-pasted the net. Another thing I ran into on a similar note was that the PCB engine didn't like it when I changed net names on the schematic. All my traces on the renamed net didn't change the net name, but all pads did.

Haha, no, I will never use the Autorouter. I will check out the API and also see if I can edit the EasyEDA source intelligently.
