Since the last update, I've been unable to create new 3D models.  I've tried several models in WRL and OBJ formats, some new, some are models I've used in the past and successfully used to create new models.  There is no specific error, it just says "Load failed!".  If I close that window, but leave the same "Save as 3D Model" window open, and click "Add file", a window quickly pops up and vanishes.  Nothing else happens. Anyone have this issue or a work around? UPDATE:  I've tried on 3 different computers 4 different models and 2 different accounts.  Still can't make any new 3D models.
