I understand that user-contributed footprints can very in quality, but I expected the system provided footprints to be good. Yet, if you look at TSSOP28L, the spacing between the pads is all over the place! This will cause issues when soldering your parts. The actual spacing in this part, needs to be 0.65mm, consistently, and not vary.
