If I select a 4 layer board and make the two inner layers "planes", the editor will freeze when I attempt to move a part. It usually takes a few minutes for the part to be moved. This is totally unworkable. It would take weeks to layout a board.
If I change the inner layers back to "signal", then the editor works fine.
