Inner PCB cutouts

Hello, I would like to have a routed out rectangle in the middle of my PCB while having the copper layer, and I can't seem to do that. How should I proceed ? add a bunch of holes in the area I want cut out ? The cut out area is 30x10mm inside a 110x130mm pcb, and the cutout is meant to have a fan slotted into it. Thank you !

Also ideally I would like to have said rectangle at an angle, EG 30°, Here is a picture, with in yellow what would be ideal. EasyEda also complains about my cutout : ![enter image description here][1] [1]: /editor/20160819/57b6d51803cdc.PNG

So it will work with other PCB services ? Because I'm having problems knowing how they will cut it out Thank you !

Yes, any other other PCB services. But I am sure EasyEDA is better than other, time saving, 100% OK.

add a bunch of **holes** in the area I want cut out, Please note cut out is not a hole, just a no copper zone, if you need holes, you must set it as **NPTH**.

@support Great, It works ! many thanks Is there an easy way to rotate an item in small increments ( such as putting an arduino 30° off axis ? )

@dillon It's no problem, I got it working :) What I mean by 30 degrees is having the arduino at an angle
