If all you want to do is solder some wire directly to the board then you could place 2 or 3 pin headers or connectors from the EELib and then exclude them from the BoM for when you do Convert to PCB...   You will need to check that the holes are big enough for your chosen wire diameter and change the connector if necessary. So I just connect up those  connectors and when I receive the order then I should be able to solder everything up?

@Exosceleton, You place the symbols in the schematic which pulls the footprints into the PCB but because you have set the symbols to be excluded from the BoM, they don't appear in the list of parts to order so your boards will just have holes into which you solder your wires, which is what you asked for.

@Exosceleton, No need to ask. Play with the tools and try things out to get used to them. Just do: **Convert to PCB...** and then see what it looks like. :)
