Not sure what the problem is. If I add your `5 W Cement res Vert` footprint to my favoutites, then the schematic passes into PCB layout OK. In your project, you also seem to have a PCB layout ready to be tracked. Have I missed something?

Sorry for late explanation, the problem happen when i try to auto router the pcb then the "Invalid PCB" window appear
