Put down two Solid Regions set to Solid then do Convert to Pad or just place two single layer (Top or Bottom) layer pads. Assign the correct netnames to them. Route to them. Even better, make a single footprint that includes both contact pads, place a 2 pin header in your schematic and assign your two pad footprint to it.
