I love the pcb module feature where I can import a pre-routed layout of a circuit I want to resuse. Is there someway to graphicallly group the items in the module so that is can be moved as a whole unit.

The question from @greaterebiz was about, if they have already created and placed a module: is it possible to group and select everything in that module to move it all together?
For example once a module is placed, is it possible to group it so that after other Footprints and tracks have been added around it, it is then possible to select and move only the whole module as a group.
I had a quick play with this last night using the Group/Ungroup tool but that only seemed to group the tracks in a module. It did not group the Footprints in the module.
So, at the moment I do not know of any way to do what the OP is asking about.

I think this is a bug in the PCB Group/Ungroup tool:
