You can create PCB modules and place it to PCB, or PCB save as module

@UserSupport, The question from @greaterebiz was about, if they have already created and placed a module: is it possible to group and select everything in that module to move it all together? For example once a module is placed, is it possible to group it so that after other Footprints and tracks have been added around it, it is then possible to select and move only the whole module as a group. I had a quick play with this last night using the Group/Ungroup tool but that only seemed to group the tracks in a module. It did not group the Footprints in the module. So, at the moment I do not know of any way to do what the OP is asking about.

@andyfierman Thanks.  I could not even find a menu item to group/ungroup in the first place in the pcb editor.   Where is that?
