Cant switch from Full Offline Mode to Half Offline Mode in Desktop App. When I change to Half Offline Mode, the App does a restart and after that I'm still in Full Offline Mode. Even after a full re-installation I'm still in Full Offline Mode
please check your firewall setting, if the desktop client cannot connect to server or the port was blocked, the desktop client will return back to full offline mode
