# System: **\* OS**: Ubuntu (from Xenial to Focal) * **Browser:** Firefox 88.0 (with disabled plugins) * **Applies to:** Debian (codename: bullseye) # Issue description: While drawing a schematic with disabled snapping to grid (due low precision of it), parts and wires still behave like it would be still turned on, making me impossible to draw straight wires and in many times even connections (the wire is "jumping over" the one to with the connection should be made)

Can you post some images and animated gif videos to illustrate your issues?

example 1: ![issue1.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/KWsv69WfD7m8owMA1cxLRYv3rcOdt0WE2gud8X2n.png) example 2: ![issue2.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/24jGwfdxbZm6FON8VmzcUZTsqfCPpbESEXEOQEnD.png) <br> additionally (as shown above) the connection points of a part becomes somehow shifted, away from the part

seems you set too small grid to draw the schematic

@usersupport That may not be the issue, besides it's impossible for setting the grid (even if snapping and showing is turned off) bellow the value of 5, with is required for more precise drawings
