You can't remove these junctions, if you just need to create a demo schematic not need to convert to PCB or simulation. you can use `polyline` instead of `wire`

If you are seeing spurious junctions in your schematic (extra junctions that should not be there) then please check for overlapping wires or wires that connect to the pins on a symbol but then extend beyond the device pins in towards the body of the symbol. :)
