I am trying to simulation a LM338 voltage regulator but den voltage probe can't measure any voltage on the output. Have any some idea to solve this problem

In the meanwhile I'd guess the problem is that you have chosen a schematic symbol that does not have a spice model associated with it.

You could make something similar to an LM338 model by copying and pasting the LM317EE model into a schematic, renaming the model to LM338 and then editing the user editable (datasheet) parameters based on the datasheet for the LM338:

Then change the name for the LM317EE spice symbol in your schematic to LM338.
