[@w4mmp](https://easyeda.com/w4mmp), I'm not sure why you are reporting an issue that you have diagnosed as being on your end. I am having the same issue with a lousy ISP on my site as well, but until I can get a better connection, I know there is nothing EasyEda can do about, as there is nothing wrong with their system regarding this error.

Hi,    We will try to zip to save the file in the future version, but  if you are in trouble, you can save it to locally , when have a good internet, you can save to server .   And we have a backup version in your browser, so don't need to worry  too much .  If our users can't save, we are sure we need to do some things. @LISA_DALTON

@LISA_DALTON Yes, there is.  They can open up the amount of time the server waits for the data.  I have been in this game for a long time.  I know this stuff works.

@dillon Hi, There is slim chance I will have access to higher speed internet.  The U.S. is a big country and not all us have access to cable or fiber.  Satellite internet would not be much better as the upload rates are almost as slow as DSL.

@w4mmp When I do get the Network Error, It seems to have given sufficient time to save the file. So I write it off to my connection. But if Dillon says they can make improvements on their end, Who am I to disagree? You do not have to prove your bona fides to me, I give you that you probably know more about networking than I. I have been saving locally, until I get a solid connection again, as mine is erratic.

@dillon If the problem is poor internet connection in the states, I won't speak for @w4mmp, but for me, I hardly hold you responsible for a bad connection here. That is why I back-up locally per the directions you have given elswhere on your site. Most times things don't get that bad, and our ISP says they are working on the connection reliability and speed, so I am not concerned with this at this time. Just sounds like a good idea to back up locally at critical points anyway for insurance.

@dillon Hi, Thanks for the nice comment.   I really do like EasyEDA.  It truly is the easiest EDA I have used.  It is very intuitive. On this problem however,  the "network error" really needs resolved.  Unless I don't understand something,  I can't submit the PCB for manufacture.  When I click the Gerber button, the system reports "Please save your file before this operation".  Since I receive the "network error" when attempting to save the PCB,  there is no way I can submit the PCB.
