You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
Layer for solder resist and TopSilkLayer

Hello all,

I've two questions reg. EasyEDA and JLCPBC.

  1. I assume that solder resist will be added to my board, if I order it on JLCPBC. Is there any layer in EasyEDA which shows me the areas covered with solder resist?
  2. Will the TopSilkLayer be printed on top of the solder resist?

  1. Solder mask is automatically added to all PCBs.

You can enable the solder mask layer in the Layer Settings but the best way to view the solder mask is by generating the Gerbers and using gerbv or the EasyEDA online Gerber Viewer.

You must check your PCB this way anyway before submission.

Thanks for your answer, I have one more question: I want to remove the name of some parts on the TopSilkLayer, for example for some diodes I don't want that D1 etc. is written beneath every diode. Is this possible?
