I don't design with service pads Only one I think of is my LED.
Where do I look for service pads in my design ?

Thank you Andy. I will double check. What I find odd is the picture in Fabrication shows no holes for LED but in #D view it looks ok not sure whats correct ?

The JLCPCB Gerber viewer still seems to be a bit flaky.
Please use gerbv as recommended in the Tutorial.
Check that you have the correct footprint assigned to your LED (and other components):
