Library information for JLCPCB Assembled is wrong

@UserSupport, Your screenshot was looking in the LCSC library, not the JLCPCB Assembled library. But whatever: the issue seems to have been resolved now: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/ttpp5FTidhspOZhRoxH5N2tXXizGWzv3MbEG4VXG.png)

@andyfierman They are the same API to get the SMT stock. That looks network fail to get the stock.
