Live DRC not showing up

I cant seem to get the realtime DRC to show when making PCBs. I have it enabled, but it only works on my PC, not my laptop, which I use more often. any help?

What OS and browsers are you using?

windows 10, edge browser. cant use chrome as it chews through battery

The recommended browsers for EasyEDA are Chrome and Firefox so maybe try Firefox.
