Hi, Bug/report or feature request. when an item is locked it is still possible to shift its layer placement by "T" and "B" shortcut keys. which happens a lot for me when routing wires on top and bottom layers, and click in space of a large component and shift layers to start a new wire, however it did not move edit to other layer, it moved the component that I accidentaly clicked beacuase its click box was bigger than my view, and I find my component on the wrong side of PCB,
