You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
Locking component does not prevent layer change

In the PCB layout, when locking a component, still allows the user to change the layer that the component is on. If you switch the active layer using the T or B keys, and a component is selected, this causes the component to change layer, instead of changing the active layer.
