**Feature Request**
Hope I didn't miss this, but couldn't find a logic symbol for a schematic.
I see the logic gates, but wondered if the symbols could be added. (AND, NAND, SCHMIDT,INVERT etc. with input quantity to add.)
Please advise.
Hi Davjose,
Welcome to EasyEDA.
There are many specific and generic logic symbols under:
`Components > System Components > Spice Simulation > Spice Gate`
Although these are simulatable symbols, you can use them in non-simulation schematics.
You can clone them to use as the basis for your own symbols but they will no longer work as simulatable parts so it is best if, after creating them you:
1. delete all their tags and replace them with your own;
2. Do `Document > EasyEDA Source` and edit the line:
`"docType": "7",`
to
`"docType": "1",`
then click `Apply` and close the wndow.
This resets the symbol from being a simulatable spice symbol to being a non-simulation schematic symbol.
* Please ensure that you give your gate a unique name and add a suitable description.
The number of inputs to a gate is fixed: there is no way to specify the number of inputs for a gate. If you need a gate with more inputs then clone and edit one of the existing gates as described above.
