Looking for Elegoo Uno R3 breadboard expansion module/prototyping shield.

I can't find this module in the libraries, I've looked a lot... I need it to make a schematic for a project. If anybody knows if there is one and could direct to me to it, that would be very helpful! Thank you! :) P.S. I'm not sure if this is the right category and I'm also brand new to this software, so bare with me, I've only made one schematic.

Please change the **Category** of this topic to **Schematic Capture**. :)

"...can't find this module...I need it to make a schematic for a project." Search the Library for Elegoo and a couple of ARDUINO\_UNO\_R3\_ELEGOO symbols and footprints come up\. 1) You need to give more info about what exactly you are looking for. In: ![ELEGOO UNO R3 Project Super Starter Kit Compatible with Arduino IDE with Tutorial, 5V Relay, UNO R3 Board, Power Supply Module, Servo Motor, Prototype Expansion Board, etc. for Beginner](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81itBMd1hzL._AC_SX522_.jpg) do you mean this: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/Hprm66Qr8WO4y4Lj8Ak5aZSqJKwkAnbGz8VYLmg6.png) 2) You need to give more info about what exactly you want to do. Do you want to create a schematic for the Elegoo Uno R3? Do you want to create a schematic for the expansion/prototyping board? Do you want to place a symbol for the Elegoo Uno R3 into a schematic? Do you want to place a symbol for the expansion/prototyping board into a schematic? <br> Aren't the pinouts, connector placements and board outlines for the Arduino Shields all the same so wouldn't any shield symbol do to get the connector placements correct? Or just create your own symbol and footprint... "I've only made one schematic." That doesn't add anything to the topic if it's private because only you can see it.

@andyfierman I changed the category. :)

@andyfierman Yes, I meant that expansion module prototyping board(the one you sent). I was looking for a way to make a schematic ON a virtual prototyping shield so that I wouldn't have to use wires on a solderless breadboard, to keep it more condensed for the project(which is supposed to be a small size), and to make sure my circuit fits on the physical solder breadboard properly.

@leothefleo49, Sorry but I  still don't get it. Are you trying to use EasyEDA as a tool like Lochmaster: [https://www.electronic-software-shop.com/lng/en/electronic-software/lochmaster-40.html?language=en](https://www.electronic-software-shop.com/lng/en/electronic-software/lochmaster-40.html?language=en)<br> <br> to draw a circuit onto a strip board or some other sort of prototyping board so that you can then use that as your template to wire it up on a real prototype holding board? If yes then EasyEDA is not for you but Lochmaster probably is. (Note: buy it, don't be tempted by the "free" versions.)

"...real prototype **soldering** board..."

@andyfierman Sorry, yes this time around I was trying to do that. Thanks, I will try that website.

@andyfierman I am also considering getting SOLIDWORKS student subscription as an all-in-one application for projects, would that work as well for drawing a circuit onto a board?

@leothefleo49, SOLIDWORKS is an immensely powerful set of software for mechanical, fluid engineering and electromagnetic filed simulation. It is also staggeringly expensive. It is not designed to be used for electronic circuit schematic capture, modelling, simulation and PCB design. If you want to do electronic circuit schematic capture, modelling, simulation and PCB design then EasyEDA is a good and very low cost way to go. If you want to lay out circuits to go onto solderless or soldered prototyping boards, strip (Vero) board and other forms of layout constrained breadboard then something like Lochmaster is good value for money. VeeCAD is similar and is free and open source. Or try Fritzing which is free.
