Make the PCB origin user definable

**Feature Request** Brief title for your desired feature: Make the PCB origin user definable so that it can be set to a convenient point on the PCB to make placement measurements easier. How would you like the feature to work? Sometimes it is necessary to make measurements relative to different places on a PCB for different things. Like relative to the centre of the PCB or the front edge of a component (for example, to set the distance from the front mounting face of a potentiometer to the edge of the board). Why is this feature important to you? Making measurements is much easier if the PCB origin can be moved to a user defined reference point instead of having to calculate all distances as differences.

Tried F5, CtrL+F5 (and `Offline Web Content and User Data` in Firefox). Ahhhhhh. The button *is* there but the graphic to show it is not: ![enter image description here][1] Same in Firefox and Chrome. [1]: /editor/20160420/571790705939c.png

It's caused by incorrect cache configure on server. :( We'll solve it later. **Clear the cache in Chrome:** 1. close all easyeda editor pages 2. Ctrl+Shift+Delete to remove cached files. 3. enter appcache page: **`chrome://appcache-internals/`** and find easyeda.com items, then click **`Remove Item`** 4. reopen easyeda to check ![appcache-internals][1] **Clear the cache in Firefox:** 1. close all easyeda editor pages 2.
