I cannot for the life of me find a way to make a simple drilling hole in Pro version. Standard version has a hole tool, not present i Pro. What am I missing?
Either **Place** a:
1. **Pad** then select Multi-Layer with a copper and General Diameter property the same or slightly less than the Hole Diameter property and the Plated property set to No;
2. **Slot** Region > select **Rectangle/Circle/Polygo**n as required.
Hello,
I wasn't sure if I should create a new question or extend this question: I have doubts that the **Slot Region** function is well translated in the Gerber files.
In the first screenshot (EasyEda Pro 1.7.31 macOS) there are holes visible for a connector and screw mounting point.
In the second screenshot \(Cuprum Gerber Viewer\) these holes are not highlighted in blue like through\-hole pins\. This blue layer is named Drill\_PTH\_Through\.DRL
Am I overthinking this or won't the holes be drilled by the PCB manufacturer because they are missing in this .DRL file of the Gerber files ?
Thanks!
